Assist - ActiveX Window
It would be nice to see the name of the connect device somewhere. Currently, the only place to see the name is in the taskbar when hovering over the assist application. It would also be nice to have to option to have the Assist window resize to the remote screen resolution or to be full (which is the current behavior) Even though there is an option to keep the toolbar always visible, there is no way to hide it. It's always visible regardless of the setting.
Allow file transfer window column sorting
It would be nice to be able to sort in the file list window. I wanted to sort by modification date and was surprised that you can't sort by any of the columns.
Can we add a meaningful note or name (like devices) to a temporary remote session that is visible in top left screen? You currently have this function for unattended access screen.
Like to use a custom entry like "Devices" in unattended access. Temporary sessions do not have custom or remote session screen just has number - would like to be able to name it something meaningful when we have multiple screen open and need to know who we are talking to.

I know I have seen other articles on this forum about Unattended Support licenses, and I just wanted to hit on that and a couple of other points. I would love to use Zoho Assist as my primary way of doing remote support for my customers, but i believe the product is still in an infant stages. Silent Pre-Install for Run as a Service Mode
Hello, We are in need of a silent pre-install that we can run during our PC imaging process in order to pre-install the service for Run as a Service mode so that it is not necessary to upgrade to run as a service each time we connect to a user's PC for the first time. This would save us several minutes per support session, which is quite a big deal in terms of saving both ourselves and the employees we are supporting time. Assist Desk Integration
Not sure if this should be a Zoho Desk topic or Assist but..... Whilst you can edit the email templates that go out to customers from Desk, when you initiate a remote session from within Desk, there is no way to customize that email. I would like to be able to customize that email. 90% of my remote invites are sent via Desk. Thanks.

I noticed when testing on one of my other machines, when the technician ends the remote session, the assist box on the remote computer simply disappears leaving some confusion as to whether the technician has actually left or still has control / viewing access. I wonder if it could be possible that a confirmation popup could be displayed to the remote client that the technician has now left the session and now has no control or viewing

Hi, Great tool Zoho Assist. I think it would be a good idea to be able to take a screenshot of a remote session. I am fully aware I can just tap print screen, but this will include my browser window and anything else I have on screen - and also the remote session resolution will not be good. By having a "Take Screenshot" option, it could take a shot of the remote screen and save it as a native resolution image. In addition to this, the option to record a remote session would also be beneficial. Both
