Product Request: Send email to Secondary email
Guys, we should be able to send the campaign to the secondary email too. Is this on the plans for Zoho Campaign? It looks like I can map the secondary email from the CRM to the Campaigs, but can not send the message.
Low Open Rate
For some reason, our last 3 email sends have a had a very low open rate. Our first campaign had 1 open and the next 2 had zero opens. All three were sent with the same list, but the email addresses have shown opens previously. Is anyone else experiencing a low open rate lately?
Can I disable Double Opt In for Forms or API?
I am used to allowing my subscribers to fill in the form and then be added to the list. Is there a way to remove the double optin? I would prefer to use the built in forms but would also be fine using the api if it allowed such a thing. Does this code in the forms apply to disabling the optin: _setOptin(false I include unsubscribe links in all the autoresponders.
New Campaign view filters: set default view
Hi, the new filters on the Campaigns view are great, but is there any way to set a default value for specific users or roles? For company admins such as myself with the "Standard Admin" role it's very frustrating to have to select "Campaign Owner" = "all active users" everytime I access the Campaigns list page and want to see a complete list. Why are these email addresses considered invalid?

Emails sent from Campaigns look great everywhere except Microsoft Outlook
I'm new to Zoho and trying not to go crazy. I have created a template and my header and footer look fantastic - the email looks great when I send it to Gmail, Yahoo, when I open it in my personal email provider's web portal, and even on my iPhone. Why Are Campaigns Going To Spam
When I test an email campaign the test email goes to my spam folder. It did not do this before. But now all my test emails go to spam. I have never marked these as spam in my email and there is nothing in the content that should make an email provider think that it is spam. Repeat Workflow for a Contact?
Hi, I was just told by Zoho Support that a contact cannot go through the same workflow twice, but I'm having a really hard time believing that. For example, we set up a "Thank You" email workflow that we trigger when a customer purchases from us. I was told that the customer cannot go through that workflow again? Does Zoho not realize businesses need to send the same information or workflow to a customer more than once over the customer's lifetime with the company? Every other CRM we've worked with
Cannot deliver email campaigns to emails hosted on Microsoft Exchange
I've created a few test email campaigns and tried sending them to my co-workers. They were marked as delivered in Zoho Campaigns; however, no one received the campaign (not even in junk email folder). We use Microsoft Outlook for email. After another test, one person out of 4 got the campaign email in Exchange... in junk mail. Emails to other hosts were received (yahoo mail and gmail). However, the message sent to gmail was automatically put into the spam folder. How do we avoid this in the future?

I have searched everywhere and have not found an answer to this. Site running WP/Woo. Very simply if a customer purchases we want to add them to Campaigns. Also, if a customer registers and doesn't purchase we want to do the same. Is there a connector (free or paid) out there that will handle this? A former employee created a list for some campaigns. When I look at "All Lists" under Contacts that list "Newsletter Subscribers" is not included. The only place I can see it is after I click "Recipients" when creating a new campaign. , but it is not listed under Contact Lists. 1) How do I make me the owner/creator of that list since the original creator no longer works for me? 2) How do I add it to the listing of lists under Contacts? 3) How do I update the list with new subscribers? Automated Email Workflow based on no responses
I'm trying to set up the following situation. We have inbound leads. I'd like to have an email sent automatically after we (manually) add the lead to Zoho CRM. Then if that email is not responded to, I'd like to automatically send a follow up email in 3 days. And again, if no response, I'd like to send one more email 4 days after that. However, I accidentally went into my company Zoho account to the home page, selected "All Apps" at the bottom and then set up a Campaigns account by mistake. Why the deleted contacts in my CRM is still in my Campaigns list?
I am having a big trouble with syncing my CRM contacts and leads with Campaign lists. The deleted/moved/converted contacts are still in the corresponding list. The sync is not capturing all the changes in the CRM. I have checked multiple times with multiple lists. When to segment vs create a new list?
When using autoresponders in workflows, when would it be best to segment a list rather than to create a separate list and add or move a contact to the second list? Some situations: 1. Our company is new to ZOHO (CRM plus) and I am pretty sure my configuration in Campaigns is correct - we verified the domains through our email host etc. and I have reviewed several times.
