I have a few bounced emails that I can amend by correcting or adding the new email - how is this best done so they can become active again? I sync with Zoho CRM so if I change in CRM, will this be reflected in Campaign contacts? Just need a way to amend bounced contacts in Campigns with correct info and re activate them? Thanks

Lists - Change Owner
A former employee created a list for some campaigns. When I look at "All Lists" under Contacts that list "Newsletter Subscribers" is not included. The only place I can see it is after I click "Recipients" when creating a new campaign. , but it is not listed under Contact Lists. 1) How do I make me the owner/creator of that list since the original creator no longer works for me? 2) How do I add it to the listing of lists under Contacts? 3) How do I update the list with new subscribers? Hi, I have imported a list of emails and there are 137 invalid emails which apparantly have a good email format and seem correct. ¿How does Campaigns determine that these emails are invalid? I attach a screenshot of it. Looking forward to your response.

Certain contacts have specified that they would prefer to receive my newsletter in plain text. Is there a way to send plain text only emails? I can see two options: 1. Send plain text & html - I don't want to do this as they will receive 2 messages, one which they can't read which does is likely to get marked as spam. 2. Send html only - Don't want to do this. How can I change my footer when I create a campaign. I do not want my predetermined footer to show all the time. Depending on the campaign I am sending I need to change my footer.
Has anyone experienced issues with emails showing delivered but the recipient does not receive it?
We set up SPF and DKIM for our domain, but it shows that a campaign has been delivered and the subscriber never received it. The recipients are from our company, so we were able to validate that it had not gone to Junk or Spam. Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions on how to correct or investigate?
