I've created a few test email campaigns and tried sending them to my co-workers. They were marked as delivered in Zoho Campaigns; however, no one received the campaign (not even in junk email folder). We use Microsoft Outlook for email. After another test, one person out of 4 got the campaign email in Exchange... in junk mail. Emails to other hosts were received (yahoo mail and gmail). Hello So I have a custom field in subscriber list. If I nere the email click on endit (pencil) and change the custom value to the new one, pressing SAVE button does not do anything. Also if i select multiple emails and then use the mass update feature where I change this custom value, pressing PROCEED also does not do anything. Using campaigns.zoho.com and utilizing a sync'd list works fine. But when emails bounce, they are removed from the campaign side, but there is no way to update the CRM record. You can see that the email bounced in CRM by looking at campaigns-> member status, but you can not use that field to create a search or any other way in which to update those bad records.
