Deleting Chat History
I have been trying to delete chat history, but when I clear it, I can still see the conversation between myself and the other employees. How can I permanently delete the transcript?Cliq - no notifications when not in app
Hello Zoho team, I use Cliq on my iPhone 5s (model ME305LL/A) with iOS 12.1.2. If I the app is open, I get banner notifications. But if I have the app closed or my screen is locked, I don't receive any push notifications (neither "lock screen" nor "notification center"). I have extensively checked my settings both within the Cliq app itself and on my iPhone for the Cliq app, and all notification types are enabled. I've also looked into battery and privacy settings on my iPhone, including apps' backgroundDelay in chats

Since the site was down for maintenance yesterday none of our documents will open. We have a combination of word, excel and pdf all in zoho formats that used to work perfectly now a message comes up to try to restore to a previous version when you attempt to do this it does not allow you to save or export the previous version or do anything with it. Hello, I have had an issue with sending cliq messages to individual users from CRM. Not all users are listed so it hinders me from having one on one conversations with co-workers. I, like many people, deal directly with individual clients rather than companies. It's really obnoxious to have to add a client company and treat my client, who is an individual person, as a company. Zoho - can you please build in a way to bypass the need for the client to be part of a company? This is a problem in cliq as well - I want to invite my clients to channels in Cliq but needing to create a company is confusing for them and makes them feel as if they don't belong on the app. But that'sUnable to see messages, only see a white empty screen
Hi. I have a problem with the Cliq app on Windows 10. At random times my normal screen with the Channels and Contacts on the left and open conversations in the main window etc disappear and I am left with an empty white screen. The only thing visible is the File, Edit, View, Window, Help menu headers at the top left. Clicking anywhere on the screen doesn't return the standard view. Hello! I started having issues with the Cliq desktop app on Monday, after a normal beginning-of-the-week restart of my computer (nothing special, no updates, everything was fine last week). I tried uninstalling, reinstalling, installing a previous version, nothing works. It begins the installation process, but then there is no window to open, even though there is an "open" windows in the task bar. I am on Windows 10. Does anyone else have this issue? There is a rather large inconvenience in the desktop app as I am regularly being signed out from Cliq, presumably triggered by Idle session timeout, which is a security policies set in our org globally. I am being told by the Zoho support that sessionNo Alerts

I like Zoho's side navigation system. Is there any way we could get the Chat function to be placed in the side navigation pane? It's not an earth-shattering problem, but I find it mildly annoying that I have to go to the top menu and then pick Chat to view the main Chat area. Cliq worked well when we first started using it, but now the notifications have become a major problem. I now have to keep my desktop app closed 95% of the time and continually check the iPhone app to see if new messages have arrived. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme no reason as to when notifications do come through. As such, there is no way for us to know when team members are reaching out. It appears there is a character limit of 96 characters when uploading files using the API. The limit when uploading via the interface is 1000 characters which is reasonable. I need more characters since I am including hyperlinks that can pass the 96 character limit. I am trying to convert the response from an api which is like 2012-07-17T13:41:01Z (RFC-822 format) to zoho-date time format.But on using toDateTime() function,the result seems different.The time part is always 00:00:00 but getting date right.Is there any other way to achieve the right time or date-time such that I can use it in my script? I am trying to post a message to cliq from a custom function and I get operation failed response back everytime. I have tried to use the below code from a custom function inside CRM, Flow, and Cliq and all 3 places fail CliqMessage = zoho.cliq.postToUser ("example@zoho.com", "Hello"); Info CliqMessage; The info statement just returns operation failed, no other explanation. I am having a couple problems with the zoho chat feature. When I use Chat from the App bar, not everyone is getting messages (these are to different accounts, Yahoo & Gmail). I did finally get the Users to show up correctly. However, when in an active chat with someone, I only get one sound notification.
