We are elated to announce one of our most asked for features 'Tasks' in the Zoho Desk app. Agents can now create and associate tasks with a ticket and the tasks will be listed within the corresponding tickets. Steps to access the tasks from the app: 1. Go to a particular ticket in the app. 2. Click the Tasks icon in the 'Related Information' section. 3. List of all the tasks will be displayed. Hello All, Here's an update to the users who were looking to restrict some of the modules from getting listed in the mobile app. In Zoho CRM Android app, we now have the option to hide the modules from within the modules listing screen, based on your requirement. However, the changes that you make here will be applicable only to the CRM mobile app. If you would like to avail this feature, please update the app to the latest version from the Play Store. Hello All! We are delighted to announce about the new feature 'Send as email' in the Zoho Desk Android app (v2.3.11). Agents can send outbound emails to new or existing contacts at the time of ticket creation. You can also convert the emails into tickets and track their progress. We've hit 1,000,000 downloads for our apps and we wanted to share our happiness with all our users who have contributed and made this possible.
