Record of a call made through the mobile app

What I mean by that, is : we're using the new feature "hiring pipeline", but would like to know what's the average time (for all candidates, and not individually), the time taken to change the status, or the time taken to make a first contact (when reaching out by email for example). I was informed that once you send resumes via client submission that it stays in the client portal. Is there not a way to hide past client submissions when the job is closed. I had a client that went into client submission and went as far back as 2 years ago asking for names of those candidates. How does anyone else deal with that? In the Candidate Portal there is a section for the candidate to add there skill. Where do these show up? For the life of me I cannot find them in the candidates profile. I'd like to request the hiring pipeline be available directly from the candidates page. I've attached an image of the hiring pipeline accessible from "binocular view" but there is no way to access this from the candidate page view. I have been using ZR for a while and these are the issues or problems I am encountering 1. Formatting in email template is always incorrect. How much I keep it to one font it changes and the line spacing is always off. 2. When a candidate submit an attachment with small file name, it never overwrites. So one have duplicate attachments with same file name. 3.
