How can I get the chat transcripts to be mailed to the same operator that answered the chat?
It turns out that I have 10 operators and I need the chat transcripts to reach a specific email to each operator. The chat I answer, is it possible to do this?

Is there a config change I can make so that when any visitor lands on my web pages, after 15 seconds the chat window is then presented, not right when the page loads by default? Multiple chats going direct to missed
Hello Zoho Community. In the lasy 3 or 4 months I've been trying to solve something that it seems to be impossible. A lot of chats that my end-users opens are going directly to missed or popping into as notifications and suddenly disappearing even if my operators are online. Hi Sales IQ Community I am trying to disable the pre-chat functionality within Sales IQ. As you can see in the screenshot below, I am in the chat window settings and further under the category of fields. I have successfully disabled the name, email id, phone but the message box with the title "type your message and hit enter" is visible. I need to remove this input box and want the chat box to redirect to chat functionality directly. Seems like within the settings there is no direct functionality

I've been using a stand-alone web traffic tool for a few years and generated my list of visitors (names matching an IP) using techniques similar to SalesIQ (campaigns or direct links, for example). Since SalesIQ lets us associate a custom name with an IP on a one-by-one case, is there a way to bulk-map them using a list like mine? That way, I won't have to do it all over for hundreds of entries... Thank you.
Tag/name a current online visitor (without waiting for a history record)
From what I understand (just started using), I can assign a custom name to a visitor in History. Why isn't it possible to do while they are still online? Say, I know who that IP belongs to and I watch them browse my site but their record is view-only until they leave the site and get listed in History. I have to keep an eye on them, wasting some of my productivity...
Stars rating disappearance
Hello there! I already sent a message in private to Zoho but I hope I am not alone with the problem so I post my request here aswell. We used the stars ratings system for our customer's feedback and we were really happy with it. It was simple and really precise. It was one of the arguments for choosing Zoho. We then discovered the disappearance of the stars for 3 ugly smileys (yes, I know, I can change that). But it really doesn't go with our company's image, it isn't precise and destroyed our stats.

My desktop and mobile, both are configured to receive any online visitor who has initiated a chat. This was working perfectly. However since last 10 days, I get a notification of miss chat ONLY and do not get a notification when a visitor initiates a chat. Any idea if this is a common problem OR only I am facing. Testing to see if operators are busy or unavailable in Zobot
When transferring is there a way to test to see if agents are available first. I know i can use: "action", "operator_busy" -- However, does this test to see if operators are busy and if they are it will allow to leave a message, and if not it will transfer?
Feature Request for SalesIQ
We are absolutely in love with Sales IQ so far. We are in a trial period and I have already been able to generate two sales leads from customers visiting our website while I was playing with the interface. Through using it however I encountered one area I would like to suggest a feature for.
