For some reason, the responses of at least one person who responded to my survey were not collected! We are trying ZOHO Survey, Campaign, and CRM for our business. The Survey we have created does not resize correctly for mobile, especially iOS. The format of the survey is closer to the tablet size preview, which makes taking the survey very difficult on smart phones. We anticipate that 50% of our respondents will use mobile. Is anyone else having the problem that when users hit the "next button" at the bottom of the Survey page, it goes to the bottom of the next page? Is there a way to fix this? Our users aren't always very tech savvy and may miss the questions above that. Zoho Survey PDF reports do not show cross tabulations correctly. The columns are cut off. Hi there, Several respondents have this morning reported that there survey access no longer includes all there previous answers they had completed in deployment of stage 1 and 2. We released stage 3 on thursday night and didn't have anyone advise of any issues.
