Timesheet Service Settings - Overview

What is Timesheet Service Settings?

Timesheet settings allow administrators to configure the various aspects of time logs, this includes methods, restrictions and permissions, and related preferences. Currency, billing, job scheduling, and other timesheet aspects can be configured here.

To access Timesheet service settings, go to Settings (gear icon on the top-right corner) > View All > Timesheet (Visible only to Super Administrator and roles with administrative access).



Once inside, use the tabs on the left listed under the main Configuration tab to manage all crucial aspects of the Timesheet service. This includes enabling methods, setting up restrictions, and more.



Additional tabs include:
Extend Service: This tab features adding and editing custom forms and custom buttons. These features extend the default capabilities of the Timesheet service to match the requirements of different organizations. 
Approvals: Setup an approval flow for processes initiated from the Timesheet service.
Automation: Manage Timesheet schedulers, and reminders, create automated processes (workflows), create custom notifications such as email alerts, set up templates, and more.
Permissions: Add service administrators, setup IP and geo-restrictions, and permissions related to records, fields, and more.
