Email sent from CRM Sales Order screen not showing in Email tab
When I choose a Sales Order, click on the Send Mail button and send an email, the targeted recipient gets the email with attachment as expected. I also see the email in the Emails section of the Sales Order. However, when I click on the Emails tab in Zoho and take a look at my Sent mail folder, I don't see this email. Is this as expected? Hi Everyone, We currently use Calendly for our customers to schedule appointments with our sales team. The Calendly events are set up in an event where the appointment owner is chosen in a round robin basis to make it fair.
