CRM/Bookings integration edits Contact names
Hi there, I've installed the extension that connects Zoho CRM and Zoho Bookings. When we get a new appointment from Bookings from an existing Contact, that Contact's record shows this: First Name was updated from asd to blank value Last Name was updatedShopify Extension no longer working in CRM

Sometimes the telephony pop up box will not close. Yes i know use the end call button. We have it id not working on that call. Reload nope. Close Zoho and relog in. Nope. When I choose a Sales Order, click on the Send Mail button and send an email, the targeted recipient gets the email with attachment as expected. I also see the email in the Emails section of the Sales Order. However, when I click on the Emails tab in Zoho and take a look at my Sent mail folder, I don't see this email. Is this as expected? I would hope not since I'd want to be able to pull up the email from either the Sales Order screen or my Zoho mailbox. Note that the mail account I am using isGoogle Ads GCLID field mapping

The Calendly events are set up in an event where the appointment owner is chosen in a round robin basis to make it fair.
