Ability for admin to transfer the ownership of the zoho sheet file

Currently, in Zoho sheet, there is no option for the super admin to transfer the ownership of the Zoho sheet file to a different user. Suppose if an employee has left the organization then in that scenario we can not access the Zoho sheet files created by that user and we also can not change the share permission of the file shared y that user so in that we have to reactivate the user again in Zoho one in order to access the files or transfer the ownership of the files created by him.

In zoho sheet there must be some option for super admin to access the organization files and from that tab they can access or transfer the ownership of any files.
