Announcing new features in Trident for Mac (1.29.0)
Hello everyone!
Trident for macOS (v1.29.0) is here with new features and enhancements to enhance your business communication.
Let's take a quick look at them.
Access shared mailboxes.
You can now view and access shared mailboxes in Trident, which are configured in the Zoho Mail web app. This enables collaborative email management by allowing multiple team members to access, respond to, and comment on emails, thereby enhancing teamwork and improving customer support efficiency, all while not flooding your individual mailbox. Make Trident your default email app.
Set Trident as your default email client and streamline your workflow. Whether it’s .eml files, or mailto links, everything opens directly in Trident, saving time and keeping all email actions consistent and efficient. Learn More
Manage meeting permissions for Cliq.
The Cliq meeting preview interface has been revamped, enabling hosts to manage participant permissions and add participants, co-hosts, and speakers directly from Trident before the meeting begins. Learn More
Share with Trident.
With Trident integrated into your system’s “Share” extension, you can now send contacts, URLs, media, and local files directly into the Mail Composer. Learn More
To leverage these new features in Trident, update the app to the latest version by following the steps below:
1. Open Trident.
2. In the system menu bar, click Trident.
3. Select Check for Updates from the menu list.
Don't have the app yet? Download it from the website and experience a smarter way to work.

To submit your feedback directly through the app, follow the steps below:
1. Open Trident.
2. From the system menu bar, click Help.
