Developer Needed: Royalty Reporting Module on Sales Paid

My company is researching the options available in migrating our invoicing, client, product, and producer databases to a more reliable system. We presently use File Maker, and have found that many aspects of Zoho will solve our basic needs. However, a large part of our business entails reporting, on a quarterly basis, royalties due to our producers on all invoices paid in said quarter at a set royalty rate. We presently have about 100 active producers and over 300 active products each assigned to a particular producer. Each product, depending on its type, is correlated to a specific royalty rate. We also have expenses that are levied against producer accounts for work completed in a quarter, and we at times pay advances on royalties when signing a new producer. These are all factors that we would like considered in the development of a new application that can accommodate the reporting and calculation process needed at the end of every quarter. I have seen a few commission based applications available through Zoho and those applications are very close to the type of process we will need, but rather than a sales person getting credit for the sale a producer will need to get credit for the sale.
