Email opt out, Mass Emails and Auto-responder options enabled for Custom Modules!
Here is some great news! True to their name, custom modules can now be customized even further with respect to their emailing options. You will now have the following emailing options in custom modules.
Email Opt Out
Enable Email Opt Out if you wish to give your recipients in the custom module, the option to opt out of the emails you regularly send to them.
Send Mass Emails
So far the only way you could send mails to several people in custom modules at one shot was to select multiple records in the list view and use the Send Mail option.
Now you can use the Mass Email option from Module Tools, filter out records by specifying appropriate criteria and send a mass email to these contacts.
Schedule Mass Emails
You can also schedule mass emails for contacts in the custom modules.
Set Auto responders
Auto responders are a marketing automation function that can streamline the process of sending series of personalized email messages at predefined intervals to your contacts. Now set auto responders for contacts in the custom modules as well.
