What are the most important things to know?

Below mentioned are a few of the important features set that come with the integration of Zoho Campaigns with Zoho Bigin.

 

1. Sync details: Set up an immediate or a periodic sync in Zoho Campaigns to share your data from Zoho Bigin to your Zoho Campaigns account. Thereby, any new record added in your Zoho Bigin account will be transferred to the Zoho Campaigns account based on the sync option you've selected.

Q1. I am having a Zoho Campaigns trial account. Can I still sync data from Bigin? 

A1. Don't worry, you can still sync your contacts from Zoho Bigin account by using the "periodic sync" option in Zoho Campaigns. 

 

Q2. What if contacts opt out from my email campaigns?

A2. Opt-out contacts will be removed from the mailing list that you've created in your Zoho Campaigns account and they'll be updated as "Opt-out" contacts in your Zoho Bigin account. 




Q3. Will my contacts be pushed from Zoho Campaigns to Zoho Bigin?

A3. Yes, once you set up the sync, based on the contacts who've opened and clicked your email campaigns, they will be pushed to your Zoho Bigin account.



Q4. Can I see the campaigns sent in my Bigin account?

A4. Yes, after integrating your account with Zoho Campaigns and after sending out email campaigns from your Zoho Campaigns account, the campaigns could be seen in the "Campaigns" tab in the "Contacts" detail view of your Zoho Bigin account.

 

Q5. Can I define a criteria while importing data from Zoho Bigin account?

A5. Yes, when you sync your data, you can define a criteria for the import and only those details will be added to your Zoho Campaigns account. 

 

2. Map Fields: Basic details will be pre-mapped while you sync both the accounts. However, you can map more fields to further target your contacts. Also, create a multiline field in Zoho Bigin account to push "campaign member status" to that particular field. 






P.S. Reports of email campaigns sent to your Zoho Bigin contacts will be visible in the "Reports" section of your Zoho Campaigns account.
