Update on the client portal URL for Guest users

Update on the client portal URL for Guest users

We’re updating the way Guest users access their Connect network. As part of this change, all client organization portals used by Guest users will now be accessible through a dedicated domain specific to each data center.

Notes
The access URLs mentioned here will take effect from October 29, 2025.

What’s changing?  

Previously, guest users accessed the portal using the following URL pattern:

Moving forward, the new URL pattern will be:
https://<scope-url>.<New-Domain>/client

Why are we making this change?

To improve security and user experience, we’re migrating all Guest user portals to a new model. As advised by our IAM (Identity and Access Management) team, Guest users should no longer access the Connect network using the default domain connect.zoho.com. The old URL currently redirects to the new domain but will be deprecated soon.

For example, if your scope URL is Zylker and you are in the EU region, the new client portal URL will be https://zylker.zohoconnectportal.eu/
If you've enabled a custom domain, the new client portal URL will remain unchanged.
