Urgent: Transferring Zoho Analytics organisation ownership and migrating Workspaces

Hi, we have quite a complicated issue to explain, so please bear with me as we urgently request support on it if anyone can please help us.

Our contact at Zoho Analytics is on leave today so I'm really hoping someone here can help with the answer in their absence:

  1. Our agency is no longer going to provide reporting as a service (in 7 days time) so we took the decision to migrate our business Workspace over to a fresh new Zoho Analytics account, that has been set up by us so we could be the Account Admins.
  2. On doing this we quickly found our databridge had stopped syncing altogether and all our reports (which are embedded as URLs in our CMS) broke, so no one in the company can a). see the reports via the links and b). the reports aren't updating from what I see via my Zoho access due to the databridge failure.
  3. We were told we would have to build a new databridge and repoint the connections to the Workspace hosted on my Organisation in Analytics, which frankly is going to be time consuming and costly to do, and we don't have time for given the deadlines stated above. 
My question is:
To fix the databridge / report URL issues, can we transfer the previous account ownership (our agency's) over to ourselves, OR do we first need to re-transfer the Workspace BACK to the original organisation (our agency's) and THEN move both organisation and Workspace over as a whole?

Finally,is this something we can do independently or we need Zoho Analytics support to action?
