What's New in Zoho Subscriptions - December 2020
Hello everyone,
We've added new features that your customers will love! This month's updates are centered around increasing the convenience factor for your customers whenever they interact with Zoho Subscriptions. Here's what's new:
Zoho SalesIQ Integration
Connect Zoho Subscriptions with Zoho SalesIQ to offer chat support to your customers when they visit the Customer Portal. You can respond to customer queries instantly or set up bots to help with automated messages.
PayTabs Integration for the Global Edition
The PayTabs payment gateway integration, which was previous available only for the UAE and Saudi Arabia editions of Zoho Subscriptions, is now available for the Global edition as well. This payment gateway lets you collect payments in more than 168 currencies using popular payments options like American Express, MasterCard and Visa, along with GCC-based payments methods such as SADAD, mada, Knet, Oman Net and BENEFIT.
In-built SMS Service (Indian Edition)
Zoho Subscriptions' own SMS service is now available for the Indian edition. This means you can send automated SMS notifications and reminders to your customers without having to integrate with a third-party SMS provider. Learn more.
Debit Card Auto-charge for Razorpay (Indian Edition)
The Razorpay integration now supports auto-charge for debit cards on the hosted payment pages and from the Customer Portal. This feature will work for MasterCard or Visa debit cards that are issued by the following banks: Canara Bank, Citibank, ICICI Bank, and Kotak Mahindra Bank.
We've added new features to our Android and iOS mobile apps too! Head over to Google Play or the App Store to update or download the app, if you haven't already. Hello, We are facing issues while matching vendor payments with banking feeds. As we often import products/services exchange rate comes into play. Currently, ZOHO allows only six digits for decimal places. We feel that conversions like JPY to INR requireZoho removed ability to see all Scheduled Reports!
If you are not the owner of a scheduled report, Zoho recently removed the capability to see each scheduled report. As an admin who relies on seeing all scheduled reports being sent, this is a terrible update. Now I cannot see ANY scheduled reports...even the ones I am being sent!! This should be a setting for admins to control. This is a bad update.Automate Backups
This is a feature request. Consider adding an auto backup feature. Where when you turn it on, it will auto backup on the 15-day schedule. For additional consideration, allow for the export of module data via API calls. Thank you for your consideration.GCLID and Zoho Bookings

Is there a work around for merging items? We currently have three names for one item, all have had a transaction associated so there is no deleting (just deactivating, which doesn't really help. It still appears so people are continuing to use it). I also can't assign inventory tracking to items used in past transactions, which I don't understand, this is an important feature moving forward.. Very frustrating that as an admin I cannot see what my reports my fellow admins have created and scheduled. After asking about this on the help chat, I was told the issue is trust and security. By giving someone Admin status, it means we trust them with those responsibilities. Please change this, it is not a good process to have to bother other users to change a report or change users within a report.Next Page
