Every once in a while I encounter problems with Zoho that let me wonder if all the Zoho-apps & - integrations really have been created by the same company.. and tested before release.
I got a notification that I cannot upload to WorkDrive, because there's no remaining space, even though I barely safed anything on it.
Turned out the reason for this is a trash folder on my android device with about 1000 files.
As there was no way to delete all the files within the trash folder at once, I clicked on all files manually.. and got a message like "exception.. couldn't delete..". 2nd time - same outcome.
I searched for the trash folder within my android file manager - nothing
Started my PC - no trash folder (which makes sense, 'cause after deleting a file it goes directly into the windows trash)
Activated hidden files and folders, still nothing. Updated Zoho Work Drive app on both devices - still nothing.
Within the Zoho App on Android there's no way to deactivate the trash folder or change anything in any way.
I really like Zoho, but after the many problems with Zoho To-Do it sometimes causes more problems than it solved.
Hopefully I just missed something and don't have to delete every file by hand now.
