The basis of personalized selling is in understanding your customers' behavior and choices, so you can pitch them the right products. Depending on your customer base and the size of your organization, it can take months or even years of monitoring to learn about their likes and dislikes. Parameters like business growth, client base expansion, and other factors will play a major role in reshaping your existing assumptions, but these factors are likely to go unnoticed or slip through the silos of information when you are evaluating manually. Therefore, it is necessary to have a system like Zia that can capture your selling movements and customer data and do the math for you.

Enhancing customer loyalty with auto-suggestions (Recommendation): One of the best ways to increase your sales through cross-selling and up-selling is by offering products that you know your customers want to buy. Several factors come into play when you're trying to infer the likes and dislikes of a customer, such as their current buying pattern, interests, and past purchases. Zia can take these factors into consideration and identify the most suitable product for a given customer. For example, suggestions can be based on:
  • Previous purchases: a customer who has purchased an item can be recommended to buy similar products because it is more likely to interest them.
  • Customer interest: a customer who shows interest in anti-spam software can be suggested similar software.
  • Other customers' purchases: let's say that customers who purchased a mobile phone also tend to buy a mobile case, screen guard, and headphones. These items can be suggested to all the customers who buy a mobile phone as items that are frequently bought together. 
Preparing your business for the future (Prediction Builder): Creating business plans and marketing ideas, building strategies to increase sales, and planning for the right campaigns to target a specific customer group can help you decide the course of the overall business. The Zia prediction system will analyze your current business pattern and show the possible outcomes of different decisions. Zia can predict:
If customers will be interested in buying a particular scheme or product by studying current interests. 
  • The chances for growth in revenue, and from which industry-type.
  • Salary expectancy or a surge in new hiring, giving a heads-up to the finance and recruitment teams to plan for the days ahead. 
  • Zia can self-train using the data present in your records. You can specify the exact record types that should be considered as learning data to predict something specific.
