Zoho must pay more attention on Social Platforms

Zoho must pay more attention on Social Platforms

Dear Zoho team, 

Social platform such as Facebook , instagram , youtube, ... have huge presence on daily lives in many countries. And hence, there are many companies focus their business on social platform and even have big profit share comes from Social plaftform. 

Though Zoho has included some functions for Social platform, such as Social channel in CRM, Zoho Campain and Marketing Hub . But it is undervalued ,not enough, functions are on surface , lag behind many other small software companies

I feel that Zoho take Social platform is for communication with customers with marketing and branding purpose only , not really deep marketing and sales oriented. And strangely,  Zoho seem to has all tools and functions ready .


Example : 
Zoho Social and Zoho CRM : ZSocial should be good as Salesiq and share the same vision with Salesiq. No intuitive tracking of customers in facebook , no sale oriented in Zsocial . And No ChatBot (Zobot ) for ZSocial ( it is super popular now in facebook ) , no canned message , knowledge base 

Zoho Campain and Marketing hub : main engagement actions are email and sms , campain create Post only . Social software  provider for facebook already run journey and script for marketing, and many many chatbot automation also . 

Zoho have chatbot and Zsocial can do conversation on facebook . But still Zoho approach may undervalue Social plaftform?
We have many clients are keen on Zoho , but most of their customers are on Social platform, we can not do much.

Hope Zoho Social will play more important role in near future of Zoho plaform. and it should be soon or it will be too late to gain back those market share
