Problem with deployment on workgroup
I am having some difficultly deploying onto our computers that are not part of our active directly. The Deployment Manager has found the computers and, if I plug in the wrong username/password info I get an immediate failure because of the bad logon info, with the correct logon info I get a "Failed" status with the remark "The computer is not reachable". We use PDQ Deploy/Inventory with these machines without much trouble.
How to switch to free version after the end of trial?

Updating Unattended Acceress
I accidentally emailed an old version of the ZA_Access.exe installer to a customer. I tried uninstalling, then reinstalling the lastest version, then rebooting. It was still running the old version. I also tried updating to the latest version by running c:\Program Files (x86)\ZohoMeeting\UnAttended\ZohoMeeting\ZA_Upgrader.exe -- I received a UAC prompt, but it didn't appear to do anything else. The old verison works, but what can I do to get the latest version working? Thanks.
Feature Request
I am looking to get a list of Zoho assist sessions into Zoho Creator or Zoho CRM. I cannot see an easy way to do this? If there was an Assist API, that would do it. If Assist had a webhook that fired after a session, we could use that. If Assist allowed for scheduled reports, maybe that could be used. Any plans to implement any of these? Why can't I log off today?
The log off button does not have a drop down like all the others and I have disabled 'Keep me signed in'. Is this a consequence of the work being done to the site?

Any easy way to keep the session ID always the same? I help my Dad about once every 3 months with issues. Is there an easy way for my assist session and his to always be the same session ID? No big deal if not possible. :)
Android APP Security Problem
Hi, Reported this via online chat, if a technician downloads the Android app they have access to ALL of the pc's on Zoho Unattended Access even though they are restricted to one group in the Zoho Manage Technicians area. e.g. if a client wants to have access to their own pc's we cannot allow this because this will give them access to all of our other clients via Android.
Zoho server is down
One day in after moving to Zoho Assist from LogMeIn and we can not access half of our clients to provide support ! No one at Zoho replies to online chat, email or phone calls ! - It's not looking very promising... Assist tells us that our client's Pc's have been offline for upwards of 6 hours... How are we supposed to get a status update when no-one at Zoho seems willing to reply to our requests for help. Entire Network is Offline???
Since I came in around 7 CDT this morning, 60 of the 64 computers I manage via Zoho assist have shown as offline; if you try to use the WoL button, you get a pop up that states "Power on failed... since the whole network is offline." I can access these PCs by other means, not to mention the fact that my inbox isn't exploding with "network down" complaints, so the issue is obviously on the Zoho side. Proxy is LOST everytime Zoho Assist starts
This is 3rd issue I have with Zoho Assist, Proxy settings are NOT saved, everytime Zoho Assist starts the proxy server is blanked out AGAIN.... Why is this program failing to save Proxy settings or is this by design?
Changing My computers to a new account.
I have multiple computers assign to my old company user and password. It was purchased and my new company wants me to get my assist login changed to the new company. Is there a way to do this with out having to change each computer?
Support within RDP session takes over mouse of host computer?
When I want an external supplier to support their system, I RDP to the server and initiate a Zoho Assist session. Strange thing, the remote support session appears to "bleed though" to my host PC. - the remote supplier moves the mouse within the RDP session on the server and it moves the mouse on my local PC. - if I minimize the RDP session, the remote session goes black (supplier cannot do anything) Is this a bug?

Hello, I am getting the below message in LogFile.log before agent.exe (zoho assist) stops/crashes.... Stop remote session command: ATT STOP NOW AGENT_ALONE_IN_SESSION then agent.exe stops Is there a setting I can change so the agent.exe does not stop? I can not use unattended access, because the environment that I am accessing do not allow A) your unattended access installer to run and B) the ports that unattended access use on host machine do not work on the hosts I access. Evaluating - UAC stopped input
I am evaluating Zoho Assist and did a test with a laptop running Windows 7 Home Premium. I right clicked computer and attempted to open the Manage option from the Technicians window. The PC I was testing from is at the Default setting for Windows 7 - Notify me only when programs try to make changes to my computer. Assist Freezes Samsung Phones
Hello, Love your product. I have a Galaxy 7 and my 80-year-old mother a Samsung J5. After connecting to her phone, it freezes and I just get a an opaque rectangle. I can't control anything or see anything if she does something on the phone. I have tried it with another friend's Samsung and have no problem. I have uninstalled and re-installed. Hi, I have been trialling Zoho Assist for the last few weeks and a really strange thing is occurring with file transfers; i can send or request to be sent a standard file type (.xlsx/.pdf/.docx) yet when it comes through to my download folder it is coming up as .dms file.....which I can't even attach to the forum. Problems with my technicians logging in
Hi Guys: I have sent invite links to my technicians. When they click the JOIN button, they are prompted to start a free trial! How can I get them from PENDING to Active? What could I be missing? Hi Guys: A Tool that would be incredibly helpful is an on screen drawing pen/highlighter. I hate to use the GoToAssist Name, but we are trying to transfer from them to Zoho Assist. Hi, im just trialing Zoho Assist and coming a bit unstuck... everything installs ok, there is a green dot next to the computername in the console and the machine is registering as online... but when I connect it goes through the motions - Starting support session - Connected, waiting for response. but then never completes the connection. any ideas?!

Hello Again! If Richard is sharing a customer's computer, and he needs to show the customer something on his computer, he can reverse the screen, which is great! However, Richard would prefer that the customer NOT be able to control his mouse and keyboard and only view his screen? I didn't see any setting for this? Apologies if I am asking "training" questions, but after cursory investigation, I didn't see any of those functions. Thanks!

Is it possible that the chat between my technician and the customer can be "saved" as part of the session log? I really like the notes, but would love to be able to access what was said in the chat window.
Interaction with Mac running Windows programs
We have several customers that use Mac's, but are running our Windows application using something like Bootcamp, Parallels and sometimes Windows Remote Desktop into a terminal server. When I remotely connect into their Mac OS, when they bring up the Windows program, if I try to type... the only character that appears is "a". So, for instance, if I open Word for Windows and type in "hello", instead I get "aaaaa", which obviously doesn't work very well! The only solution is for the customer to allow

UAC and Unassisted Client
Quick question. If I install the unassisted client on a computer, will that allow me to connect and see the UAC on the technician side (basically, install the client as a service)? I haven't played with the unassisted client and don't see a use for the unassisted functionality, but I need a way to get past the user having to type in a password at a UAC prompt.
Group Sorting
in unattended i tend to use the groups a lot to sort when i add a new group it seems to add to the end of the list and there is no way of sorting into alphabetic order am i missing something or is there a method?

Remote with Edge browser: "Look for an app in the store"
My remote assist session failed today because: The end user, using Edge, was prompted with "You'll need a new app to open this zohoassistlaunch." The only choice is "Look for an app in the store." Screen shot attached. I think I found a workaround; this post is to share my frustration when trying to guide a user into a remote session. Almost all Unattended computers gone!
Hello, I've been a paid user of Zoho Assist for a few years now and have had good success with it, until the past few days. I have around 30-40 computers setup for unattended access though I only occasionally access any of them. They are all in certain groups so I can keep track of things better. Earlier this week I noticed that in my Zoho Assist Desktop program that all computers disappeared and it says no computers added under the Remote Access section.
