Which level of assist will allow viewing without admin rights and remote control of keyboard/mouse?
I need to remote in to another person's pc, with them present at the pc, and without them having admin/install rights on that pc. I also need to control that remote pc's keyboard/mouse. Could someone tell me if free Assist offers these feature? If not at what level of Assist are they available, if any?
unattended can't access, suddenly require me run in service mode
why suddenly require the agent need to run in service mode to send alt + crtl + del? I tired click on "Run as service" button but it has no effect. Now I cannot login any of hosts, please help
AVG preventing load of the Unassisted Support URL
When I attempted to go to the Unassisted Support URL to download the exe file I got the attached popup. Is there a setting in AVG that can avoid this? Or another solution?

Unattended Access onto a MacOS
Hi, I am having issues connecting to macOS computers, it just sits in "You'll be able to access the remote computer shortly", until I log into a user on that computer and then the remote session works For me I use it to log into my work computer from home, So I cant keep the computer logged in all day Has anyone experienced this and how do I fix it?

Speed/performance of Zoho assist
Hi I think Zoho's entire suite is great and assist is a great program though I think there are a few features that need to be added to make it a real competitor to others like Teamviewer and Logmein and so I really do hope that development is on-going. Would it be possible to enable the support rep to determine the colour levels as this is a great feature in the other programs mentioned because it speeds up the remote response times a great deal. Zoho Desktop Plugin Freezing
Starting about 3 days ago, when I attempt to use Zoho Desktop Plug the application just freezes at "retrieving user details". This is happening on multiple computers. We have to log in through the web interface instead, which is not as convenient. Any idea why this is happening? --Rick

Vertical Scroll Bars Are Not Displayed ALL The Time on Remote MacOs High Sierra Systems
I have noticed that I remote into my MacOs High Sierra system, that certain windows do not display the vertical scroll bars. In order to navigate within these windows, I have to use the arrow keys to move beyond what is displayed in the active window. I have attached a screen-shot of one such window. Please notice that there is no scroll bar displayed even though the mouse cursor is hovering over the area where the scroll bar should activate. I am able to get around this by going into the General
"Shift" characters not working on remote OSX High Sierra

Hi Zoho Just wanted to make a suggestion regarding Zoho assist. I noticed when testing on one of my other machines, when the technician ends the remote session, the assist box on the remote computer simply disappears leaving some confusion as to whether the technician has actually left or still has control / viewing access. I wonder if it could be possible that a confirmation popup could be displayed to the remote client that the technician has now left the session and now has no control or viewing

Unattended client install
I'm periodically running into instances where the unattended client install hangs on the remote machine and will not complete.There is no error message and the CPU and memory usage on the process stays static. ijbasically have to terminate with the task manager. Any advice.

iOS Assist Client Screen rotation...
I am evaluating Zoho Assist "Customer" for Remote Sessions on iPad. One of the issues we have right now is that Zoho Assist assumes a Portrait orientation when the Technician is viewing the Client screen. Is there a simple solution where the Technician can rotate the view as our mobile app runs in a Landscape orientation? I'm currently looking for an on-demand remote access tool for myself and a number of other technicians. I can see with the Professional version we can have 4 concurrent connections, I suppose my question is whether this is shared amongst all technicians in the account or whether we need to purchase a professional license per-technician?
Problem with deployment on workgroup
I am having some difficultly deploying onto our computers that are not part of our active directly. The Deployment Manager has found the computers and, if I plug in the wrong username/password info I get an immediate failure because of the bad logon info, with the correct logon info I get a "Failed" status with the remark "The computer is not reachable". We use PDQ Deploy/Inventory with these machines without much trouble.

Updating Unattended Acceress
I accidentally emailed an old version of the ZA_Access.exe installer to a customer. I tried uninstalling, then reinstalling the lastest version, then rebooting. It was still running the old version. I also tried updating to the latest version by running c:\Program Files (x86)\ZohoMeeting\UnAttended\ZohoMeeting\ZA_Upgrader.exe -- I received a UAC prompt, but it didn't appear to do anything else. The old verison works, but what can I do to get the latest version working? Thanks.
Feature Request
I am looking to get a list of Zoho assist sessions into Zoho Creator or Zoho CRM. I cannot see an easy way to do this? If there was an Assist API, that would do it. If Assist had a webhook that fired after a session, we could use that. If Assist allowed for scheduled reports, maybe that could be used. Any plans to implement any of these? Why can't I log off today?
The log off button does not have a drop down like all the others and I have disabled 'Keep me signed in'. Is this a consequence of the work being done to the site?

Android APP Security Problem
Hi, Reported this via online chat, if a technician downloads the Android app they have access to ALL of the pc's on Zoho Unattended Access even though they are restricted to one group in the Zoho Manage Technicians area. e.g. if a client wants to have access to their own pc's we cannot allow this because this will give them access to all of our other clients via Android.
Zoho server is down
One day in after moving to Zoho Assist from LogMeIn and we can not access half of our clients to provide support ! No one at Zoho replies to online chat, email or phone calls ! - It's not looking very promising... Assist tells us that our client's Pc's have been offline for upwards of 6 hours... Entire Network is Offline???
Since I came in around 7 CDT this morning, 60 of the 64 computers I manage via Zoho assist have shown as offline; if you try to use the WoL button, you get a pop up that states "Power on failed... since the whole network is offline." I have multiple computers assign to my old company user and password. It was purchased and my new company wants me to get my assist login changed to the new company. Is there a way to do this with out having to change each computer?
Support within RDP session takes over mouse of host computer?
When I want an external supplier to support their system, I RDP to the server and initiate a Zoho Assist session. Strange thing, the remote support session appears to "bleed though" to my host PC. - the remote supplier moves the mouse within the RDP session on the server and it moves the mouse on my local PC. - if I minimize the RDP session, the remote session goes black (supplier cannot do anything) Is this a bug?

Hello, I am getting the below message in LogFile.log before agent.exe (zoho assist) stops/crashes.... Stop remote session command: ATT STOP NOW AGENT_ALONE_IN_SESSION then agent.exe stops Is there a setting I can change so the agent.exe does not stop? I can not use unattended access, because the environment that I am accessing do not allow A) your unattended access installer to run and B) the ports that unattended access use on host machine do not work on the hosts I access.
