Remote sessions double type random letters
This is regardless of which computer I use to remote into and which one I remote control. A few months ago they all started randomly typing double letters. When I am typing something on the remote computer. I am using unattended host installs. (most of them were installed about a year ago or more) Example: (something like this) Clieent number one is doiing well. I have not updated the remote assist unattended host. Account Deleted
I created an account and added a few unattended PC's for testing purposes. I then went to access the account next day and it was not available and forced to recreate the account. Please advise if this is normal behavior or if there was something I did not create on my side. Thanks, -Tony Veltri
Zoho Assist starting sessions as meeting hosted by me
All of my attempts to initiate a remote support session so I can view my customer's computer is coming up on my computer as a meeting that I'm hosting. Is it just me? Is my account broken in some way?
Zoho Assist Portal Not Showing Paid Status
I recently purchased a subscription for unattended access of 25 computers. When I am signed into the portal at: assist.zoho.com/assist and I look at the "settings" section, the text that appears indicates that I am in a "free edition" when I should be in a paid edition. Also, my email address does not show as being a technician. No technicians are listed. I had Zoho Assist installed on a Windows 2008 R2 server, and this computer is not showing as "online". What is happening?
Zoho Assist Mostly down
I can only see a few computers online. Most are offline so we surely have a problem. I have sent an e-mail to support.

Server 2003 Unable to run Unattendedcleint.exe
Anyone else have the issue installing the unattended client? I downloaded from the ZOHO web add computer on the pc itself and the installer wont run. I have tried it on 3 so far , same issue. One worked fine . All are Server 2003 service pack 2 or better. No issues with 2008 Server install
Security regarding the screen share and what type of encryption is being used.
Looking to start using Zoho Assist and before I move forward i need to know what type of encryption is being used for the security when screen sharing. Is it possible to change it between different types and if so what types?
Unattended access, no groups, showing as Free Edition!
HI This morning I came to use Zoho Assist to access a couple of PC's I have set up in Unattended Access, to find that only 5 of the 90+ PC's and Groups I had no longer appear. I have tried logging out, Logging in, in Chrome (usual way) and Android phone, but all I can see are 5 PC's. As far as I know we paid for a full years service in Feb 2017. The worrying thing is that it says "You are in free edition. UPGRADE" Help, as I'm stuck without remote access to my customers. Danny
No File Transfer or System Info
Hi, Just upgraded and the File Transfer button is greyed out and can't find out where to get the clients system info. I'm using Unbuntu 11.10 - Tried with Chrome and FF - latest versions. Any ideas? Thanks Jon
Group missing
I recently accidentally moved a unattended access computer to a group. I am now unable to access or move this computer now. Thanks for any help!
Maximum number of unattended computers
I have just received the message "Oops! You have reached the maximum amount of unattended computers" when I tried to install the unattended assist agent on a client's computer today. I have never received this message before and I was under the impression I had an unlimited amount of unattended agent installs (but not concurrent sessions, of course). I have the Remote Support Professional Plan. Can anyone tell me why I am getting this error message now? Thank you.

Hi I am getting the above message when i try and install Unattended access. I have deleted some of the old pcs out that i no longer need but still get the same message. Is there a maximum number of pcs we can have unattended. Regards Thomas Frosdick
Zoho Assist - Can I count on the /assist-start?key=[xxxx] URL being valid for my account?
I would like to embed a button in my application to start a Zoho session, which I can do manually by visiting the URL: https://assistlab.zoho.com/assist-start?key=[xxxxxxxx] (my key removed). Is this key consistent or does it change with each login?
Unattended Sessions - Groups and Access
I would like to see Groups to organize Unattended Computers (what is currently labeled "My Computers") and a way to restrict access to individual users to specific groups.
Zoho Assist freezes when a user joins the session.
Hi, I was trying out Zoho Assist (As I was hoping to purchase a subscription and wanted to make sure it fit our needs first) and it seems like the desktop plugin completely freezes (Just showing a gray screen where I can't click anything on the window) when the user joins on their end. I am on Windows 10 version 1607 and build 15048. The only way to close the plugin at this point is to close it using the task manager. Thank you, -David
Where can I get the Zoho assist technician app? All I can find is the customer app!
When I login to my zoho account, I can download the zohoassist.msi file, and I can install it. But when I run it, it starts the Zoho Assist app and instead of giving me the session key to give to my customer so I can get a remote control of their desktop, it tells ME that: "You are about to join a Remote Support Session. Some unattended computers are not listed in Zoho Assist
I have an issue where some of the computers configured with Unattended access are not listed to make a connection. I have noticed that they stay on for a bout 90 days and then disappear, requiring a reboot or reinstallation. Very inconvenient.
Mobile App - Access Restricted
Hello, I just installed the Zoho Android app and logged into my account which is a Professional license, but I get this message:"Access Restricted. We are not able to configure Unattended Access on this computer
This error comes up every time we try to install the Unattended Access on Windows 10. Tried on multiple computers with the same result (from just downloading ZA_Access.exe so is up to date). Any solution?

Unattended access not working
I have about 20 computers on unattended access on zoho assist but for some reason i have 1 or 2 computers that i try and add but they will not show up as online on zoho assit on the desktop app or the online version. Is there anything am doing wrong? One main pc i need to get sorted is running windows 8 home. Zoho Desktop software wrong
I tried to use the Zoho Assist Desktop software to help troubleshoot a friend's computer. The "Join.exe" file always started Zoho Meeting instead of Zoho Assist. This happened with multiple tries on both of our computers.

Unattended computer name suggestion
I am aware I can personalise the computer name, however initially I often have difficulty identifying a newly installed computer. I often ask client to install the unattended installer but when I look at my list of Unattended Computers I cannot tell which is their computer. e.g. list shows : LAPTOP-QH3U61IJ LAPTOP-U1MTFGMK DESKTOP-R0T1MQU DESKTOP-9MM73BK It is not practical to try all those online, nor would I want to interrupt another computer. Remote cursor does not show
I often need to see what clients are pointing at but the position if their cursor does not show in my remote screen. Is it possible to display the remote cursor? Thank you. Richard
I am unable to connect to clients - receiving Connection Lost error
I cannot connect to any clients via zoho assist. These are clients who have been set up for months for unattended remote access. I've used updated version of both Chrome and Explorer, but always receive the following error: Connection Lost! Reconnection attempt under progress... I've tried uninstalling, then reinstalling, which was unsuccessful. Some of these clients are behind firewalls, some are not.
Have there been any issues using Chrome of Firefox with assist in the last few days?
I have been unable to get any sessions work with those browsers. Internet Explorer has had some success, but not 100%.
