Shopify not in sync with Inventory
After integrating the two apps, I updated the Shopify inventory of a product and the change didn't reflect on Zoho Inventory. The change was manual, and it didn't even detect the "FAILURES"on Zoho Inventory. How can this be a reliable inventory or which is the correct use?

Credit/Refunds in Zoho inventory/books
Hi Everyone, We are just starting Zoho Inventory/Books at the beginning of this month. We are having a problem with returns/refund. Credit memo's or refunds can only be given if an item is returned. However, there are several times where a simple refund is needed or partial refund or the item was purchased at the end of last year where there isn't an item to return. Removal of Inventory Item Group menu options under "More"?
Hello, Previously Zoho Inventory allowed you to open an item from the item list, then click on the "More" button in the upper right, and add it into an existing item group if it was a standalone item, remove it from an item group if it was part of one (thereby creating it's own item group), or move it to another one. No 'Track inventory for this item' option after CSV import
Hi there, Due to a large amount of items my company needs to add to Zoho, we imported all of our data to Inventory .via a csv file. However, I've come to noticed that the option to 'Track inventory for this item' is not available for the items that were imported from the .csv file. I've attached two screenshots for reference. Zoho Shipments tracking number
Hi everyone. I am having trouble using the Zoho Inventory. What is happening is that after I create a shipment manually, I want to send the email notification with the tracking number on it to a third person. Example: I am selling a product to a company A, but I need to send the tracking number to a person B that is not related to the A. Inventory Location/ Custom Field on Receive.
With Zoho Inventory, when a Purchase Order is received with a series of items, the number of steps to see and or update information on the item in our case a custom field for the physical storage location adds a lot of extra steps. Would it be possible to have on the receive interface, custom fields or if a location system is in the works instead of custom fields, have that information there as well?.
Multiples shops, same business, same products
Hi, We have two shops that largely sell the same products (although both have some that the other doesn't sell). The are both owned by the same legal entity that subscribes to Zoho One. How can we manage stock for both shops in one instance of Inventory? Thanks

Custom Field not Cloning while Cloning Composite Item

Updating purchase_description and purchase_rate via the API
When updating an item via the API we have found we can not set the purchase_description and purchase_rate for items that do not already have values for these fields. How can we overcome this? We can only update these fields if the "Purchase Information" checkbox has already been checked using the UI and the product saved with some existing purchase information. Can someone suggest a fix for this? Is there a field/flag I can update with the same API call that will allow these fields to be set?

Filter Fields Should Provide Full Text Search (CONTAINS vs. STARTS WITH)
When typing in a product name, for example, results only appear if the product name STARTS WITH with typed in text. It would be incredibly useful if the filter searched with CONTAINS criteria, rather than STARTS WITH. Thank you!

The following are the new updates added to Zoho Inventory in the past month. Add Item Header You can now easily categorize items in your invoices and give them a common title using the Item Headers feature. To add an item header: Go to the Invoices module. Click the + New button in the top right corner. Under Item Details, click the drop-down button next to Add Another Line and click Add Item Header. Add the header name and press tab. The Item Headers can be dragged and placed above any item.
How do I set up items to automatically adjust stock number when creating an invoice?
I have made several invoices recently and I thought that whenever I added items to that invoice it would automatically deduct that item from my stock. Why does it not or am I missing something?

Please could you add the field PREFERRED VENDOR to the advanced search for items? When wanting to place an order with a particular vendor, we wish to list of products to look at the stock levels - not just the ones low on stock (vendor reorder) but all.
Mass Import Items with multiple images in Zoho Inventory
Hi - I need to import hundreds of items with each item has multiples images in Zoho inventory.I have xls sheet where each item with details and respective image urls . So far I am aware it is not possible using direct import option in zoho inventory to import images as well. I don't want to go each item manually to upload images . Custom Part Numbers / Custom Pricing
Hello, i am new to Zoho and would like to use custom customer item numbers, and custom pricing. I would like to take what i can do in the AS/400 and do it in Zoho. Is that possible? for example, If i set my selling price as $5.00 each, but if a quantity of 50 is ordered it will be $4.00 each. And lets say a specific customer referrers to my item #1234 as their item#56405, is there a way to put this info in Zoho to better track inventory thank you in advance!
Recieve payment for invoice API
Hello, I have an integration scenario where when a customer pays an shopify order then a sales order is created in zoho inventory and from sales order we create a sales invoice using deluge script. I want to mark the sales invoice as "paid". I am not able to find as by which API I can do it automatically. I can see there is API to mark invoice as sent but no API to mark it as paid ? Ex call I have. I want to use "paid" instead of sent but that does not work (it says invalid url). So which API is

1. No option to designate particular user to particular warehouse.. Any user can operate any warehouse. 2. Invoice printing only the Head office address not the warehouse address. 3. Recieving inventory in consignment
Hello , Has anybody had this problem before. In our company sometimes we have inventory in consignment and until we have a sales order for the product we send a purchase order to the provider. Is there any way to track this so that I know how much product I have in my warehouse even though it is not on my inventory. Please help.

New UI Updates in Zoho Inventory

Issue with creating packing list and Invoice from sales order placed to multiple vendors.
Hi all, I am facing this strange issue. I have sale order against which I back ordered to different vendors, shipment from one vendor is received while from other is still pending. Now I want to ship the item from first vendor but to my surprise the sales order shows ON HOLD and I cannot generate invoice nor package list etc. This happens when I use back order option. empty string
create a role for salesperson, generally just read only access but with the ability to create and edit sales orders. The saleperson can create a sales order no problem on the desktop version but in the Android app gets an "empty string" message after selecting a product. No price or tax details come through either.
