With Trident's built-in Notes, you can keep your thoughts in order, easily organize information, and search for them whenever you need.
You can create two types of notes in Trident:
Under the Views section, you have the option to quickly filter and see all of your notes, notes on your Mac, starred notes, and notes that were shared with you.
Below Views, you'll find all the Streams groups that you are a part of. You can access all of the notes created in those groups by clicking on the corresponding group name.
Any tag that you've created in the Mail module will appear in the Notes module as well. You can apply these tags to the notes you've created, and accordingly, you can filter your notes by these tags.
Whether you've been removed from a Streams group or if the group is closed for all participants, it's referred to as a Disabled Group. While you cannot share new notes with disabled groups, you'll still be able to view, edit, and tag existing notes.
The Notes Editor is your dedicated space to collect your thoughts into focused, retraceable information. With the help of its rich-text editing options, you can draft content and add reference images, checklists, links, and attachments.
There are two ways to customize viewing your Notes List and accessing your Notes Editor.
You can also assign colors to each of your notes for quicker identification and decide whether to keep your Notes Editor plain (with a tiny color bubble) or fully colored.
The search feature in Trident's built-in Notes has 22 distinct parameters. You can search for notes based on their type and details, associated users, attachment details, and date.
