Search using Zia in Zoho Projects Plus
Searching information using conversational language is more convenient than typing in specific keywords or phrases. Additionally, when more than one application is involved, searching required data in each application is time-consuming.
Understanding this challenge, Zia search in Zoho Projects Plus offers a unified search across all applications—Projects, WorkDrive, and Analytics. You can expect Sprints very soon.
It provides quick access to information and lands you on exact results. Zia employs NLP (Natural Language Processing), allowing users to search with conversational language instead of complex syntax or keywords.

Searching for ‘tasks assigned to me’ in the All Apps section provides details on your tasks in Projects and also showcases task reports from Analytics.
You can search for specific documents from your document repository by navigating to the WorkDrive section in the left panel or using #WorkDrive followed by the document name as the search term.
To view the activities performed by a specific user you can use ‘@‘ followed by the user’s email address. To filter the results further, you can also type a search term next to the email address.
The filter option at the top-right corner allows you to set filters to narrow down the exact information you are looking for.
