How to give all invoices per moth to the accounting?

How to give all invoices per moth to the accounting?

Hi,

we've been using Subscription for a few months.
Now we ask ourselves how we can transfer the data to our tax consultant. The tax consultant uses DATEV.
If I see it right, then there is no DATEV interface. 
The invoice export only supports CSV and Excel. The CSV export is not DATEV compatible and apparently not compatible with other accounting programs.
My tax consultant would like to receive all invoices we send to our clients individually as PDF files.
Unfortunately, I can't find a way to press a button once a month to generate these PDF files.
Does anyone have any idea what I can do now other than turn off Zoho subscription and buy something else?
