WorkDrive is slow
Our company is running into significant speed issues. Folders take up to a minute to open, menus take 30 seconds before they appear, pages take a minute to open, etc. Are there plans to increase speed to make it more useable?WorkDrive TS will not run in Mac Mini 2020 - M1 Chip

Hello, I recently moved from Zoho Docs to WorkDrive. Everything is working well except for Zoho Writer documents from Zoho Docs. All of these documents have the .zdoc extension, and are apparently not recognized by WorkDrive. Is there a way you could have WorkDrive automatically recognize these .zdoc files as Writer files, or convert them to a file that is compatible with WorkDrive? I started using Zoho WorkDrive in October 2019, but cannot get the application to work on my Mac. The program prompts to login, but never completes. Team, We have been using ZOHO One for a substantial amount of time now and recently we moved out entire Global Workforce to ZOHO Docs from Dropbox to achieve better efficiency in terms of cost as well as performance, however, I need to admit that the migration has not been much of a success and Dropbox was way better. I was quite happy to hear ZWD True sync finally became available for M1 Macs. In the meanwhile, bought a large external HDD, and installed the regular ZWD, which downloads specific folders. We have a problem deploying the ZohoWorkDrive.msi installation file for our windows users. It seems the app installs to the folder: c:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\ZohoWorkDrive and then places a shortcut to this path on the desktop for all users. So if we give say "Jane" admin rights to install it, then "Billy" logs in the shortcut on the desktop wont work as Billy has no access to Janes profile. 1. After all of the file copies were complete, I chose Selective sync and attempted to unsync a folder that I no longer needed on my desktop.
