Enhanced Booking Form Management through Zoho Bookings API
Dear Zoho Bookings Support Team,
We'd like to propose a feature enhancement for the Zoho Bookings API that would significantly improve our workflow and data management capabilities.
Current Functionality:
The Zoho Bookings API currently allows for creating and managing bookings, but it lacks functionalities related to directly manipulating booking form information.
Feature Request:
We propose the introduction of two key functionalities within the Zoho Bookings API:
Read Booking Form Information: Allow us to retrieve existing booking form data through the API.
This would enable us to access and analyze form field details (questions, answer types) for individual or multiple consultations and also Integrate form information with other systems for comprehensive data analysis.

Update Booking Form Information: Empower us to modify booking forms programmatically through the API. This would allow us to Add new questions to existing consultation forms across the board, facilitating efficient updates without manual editing for each consultation and also to duplicate entire booking forms, streamlining the creation of new forms based on existing templates.
Benefits:
Improved Efficiency: Automating booking form updates through the API would save significant time and effort compared to manual modifications.
Enhanced Data Management: The ability to access and integrate form data would unlock new possibilities for data analysis and reporting.
Streamlined Workflows: Programmatic form duplication would expedite the creation of new forms based on existing templates.
Example:
Imagine a scenario where we need to add a new "Payment Preference" question to all our consultation forms. With the proposed API enhancements, we could achieve this through a single API call, eliminating the need to manually edit each form.
Conclusion:
The introduction of these functionalities within the Zoho Bookings API would significantly enhance our ability to manage booking forms efficiently and leverage booking data effectively. We believe this feature would benefit many Zoho Bookings users who require a more automated and data-driven approach to managing their consultation forms.
