Zoho Bookings Setup and Moving from Oncehub
Hello,
We have been a long time Oncehub user. We are the financial planning company and have four advisers on our team. Each advisor has their own booking page and on each page we have the ability for individuals to book either virtual meeting or an in person meeting at our office.
We also have internal booking pages that we use to book appointments outside of the office on client site. The location field is empty on this page, and we just add the customers address when booking the appointment.
We also use Zoho CRM and have that connected to bookings.
One challenge I am facing is that Zoho Bookings does not offer a location field. I can add that field, but I have bot been able to export that field into Zoho CRM when the meeting is added to the CRM. I also believe that it doesn’t show up on the calendar invite. Anyone able to solve this issue?
Also, a question on updating the invite in CRM. If I add another user as a participant in the CRM, does that add them to Zoho booking as a guest as well and send them reminder emails?
