Extensions 101 (Cont.)

- Is there a way to control the JSON response returned by the CRM function REST API? @Anonymous User sure has a solution, and he has elaborated it in detail with a code snippet in this conversation.
- Modifying field names can often create confusion with its corresponding API names. Check out the different approaches suggested by the community to @Philip when he sought help to find API name of a field.

Merge Items
Is there a work around for merging items? We currently have three names for one item, all have had a transaction associated so there is no deleting (just deactivating, which doesn't really help. It still appears so people are continuing to use it). Very frustrating that as an admin I cannot see what my reports my fellow admins have created and scheduled. After asking about this on the help chat, I was told the issue is trust and security. By giving someone Admin status, it means we trust them with those responsibilities.
