Set a Workflow Email Delay to Minutes
Starting to play with Zoho Campaigns workflows. My first concern: I'm looking into sending out automated emails based on type of a potential job which is collected on the contact form. I found a multi-way condition building block to disperse the emails accordingly. I see that I can set a delay in sending my first response and I vouch for that - I do not want to scream "You've got a roboemail!" with an immediate reply, impossible to write so quickly by a live person. I want it to look like I spent
Tip of the week 04 - Know about your recipients' 'prime open time.'
In today's market, the importance of customer behavior is astounding, with a vast amount of research and resources going into finding how customers make decisions. The process of persuading your customers to open your email and click on your call-to-action becomes easy when you understand the psychology behind their behavioral traits. Time to turn into a psychologist! Let's get to the basics—you want your emails to resonate well with your recipients. So, what's the primary thing involved here? It's
Tell-a-friend button
Hi Zoho, I have been searching for this functionality and took me few hours to resolve, what and how the idea of email forwarding should work with your solution. So first is idea of explaining better the whole think to users. Not so trivial. There still must be something in settings I don't get, so my forwards does not work. Second is the functionality and user experience. That is very bad. No option to customize the language or design. If person really decide to forward his offer to few friends
Tip of the week 03 - Sending emails in batches
Today's marketers not only want their email marketing to be efficient, but also smart. For an email campaign, you may think you have all the essential elements for lead conversion—a big mailing list, an attractive template design, and the most-engaging message content, but after hitting the ‘send’ button, you may not get the expected conversions. Wondering why? Here’s one of the major reasons. Many marketers miss out on sending the email campaign the right way. Did you know that you should not be
Tip of the week 50- How to craft an effective subject line? (Part-Two)
Hey again! We hope the previous tips to craft effective subject lines helped you. Email marketers would very well know that impactful words when woven together form an effective subject line. So, let's learn how to choose and use them wisely. 1. Use the glittery word of the season Every season brings in festive vibes along with it and everybody loves to get ready for the festivities. While the readers are busy lighting up their home, a wise email marketer will take up this opportunity
Quick resend/One-off send function
Sometimes I might follow up with someone that opened an email and they say "Can you please send the email to me again?" Also, on occasion, a new person may have joined my mailing list and just missed a recent campaign, so it would be VERY handy just to send them the campaign email. Obviously, there is currently no quick or easy way to do this. So, would it be possible to have such a feature? It could work from a number of places, but probably the quickest and easiest way to implement it is under
Tip of the week 01 - Importance of mobile CTAs
Marketers of this generation are completely in-the-know of the fact that mobile devices are governing the performances of their email campaigns. A sizeable section of your audience opens your emails on their mobile phones and this trend can’t be ignored. While ‘Responsive Templates’ cater largely to engage the mobile audience, your email call-to-action (CTA) is the one that determines conversions. So definitely, everything from the design to the placement of these CTAs shouldn’t be overlooked.
Ecommerce integration with prestashop
Development of campaigns integration with prestahop. When???
Single email resend from campaign?
Sometimes when I follow up with telephone calls to people who opened or clicked on the email, I am asked if I could send the email again. Can I? It would be great to have a feature in Campaigns when reviewing Opened or Clicked recipients, to simply send the email again to that person.
Campaigns Folders
It would be nice to be able to organize campaigns by folders. Currently all campaigns are in a very long list. My client would like to group campaigns by product so that they can see all related campaigns in a common folder. Thanks!
Add Bounced as an Email Action / Notification for Bounced Emails
This is one of the hard requirements for the clients we're servicing. They want to get an internal email notification whenever the email they sent to their contacts have bounced, so that they can look into it and update the email address. Currently, the
Tip of the week 02 - A perfect start for your welcome series
Almost every email marketer strives to achieve the best-possible engagement with all their subscribers, the new entrants being even special. Only when you begin the journey on the right note can you take your subscribers forward till the final stage of conversion. What better way to embark on your nurturing process than with a set of welcome messages! A welcome series gives the perfect head start to your email engagement and makes sure that your subscribers are kept informed about your brand. Obviously,
Report > Compare Campaigns - Subject Line of each email should be displayed
Hey So, when doing a compare campaigns analysis, the current UI does not allow for the subject line of the campaigns to be shown. This is the MOST critical factor impacting open rate. Can you please add it? Thanks! John
Blacklist?
Is it possible to create a blacklist? I have some individuals (competitors) that occasionally try to register onto my lists, I'd like to prevent them from doing so. It would be great if they could be blocked by domain - *@domain.com - or by individual email address. Upon someone entering in a blacklisted email or domain, what should happen is - nothing. No confirmation email, no error message. Just accept the entry and discard it (and increment an 'attempt to register' counter in the blacklist table
Tip of the week 27 - 3 ways to engage customers via email marketing
Customer engagement is the most essential when it comes to business, yes!? The benefits of engaging customers, in Email Marketing, ranges from improving customer relationship to growing business revenue by creating a clean email list, increasing the email delivery rate, etc. Here's to encourage marketers to grab the essence in improving engagement strategies with customers. If you are ready, now is the right time to strike out the below "ARC". Appreciations - Foremost, closing your deals should
Please allow facebook pixel to be added to forms
We use forms to create landing/squeeze pages, right? I don't understand why we are not able to insert FB pixels in them to track the conversions. It just creates bottlenecks having to first figure this out and then not being able to actually do it.
Campaign Workflow Modifications
Has there been a request that if you edit a campaign, that anyone that hasn't entered that step would then get the modification of the campaign? Example: You kick off the workflow campaign by a tag or field update and find out you have the wrong time for the text message that will go out in 2 days. If you go and modify that step, anyone that hasn't entered it yet will get the updated time. I came from infusionsoft so they had this functionality that when you modified the flow, the new steps would
Save the default filter for contacts, templates, segments, etc.
Every time you go to any list that has a filter, it resets the filter so that it shows only items that you created. For example, going to Segments, defaults to only segments you created. We find that we're wasting a lot of time fixing the filters every
feature request: extend audit log
Hi, we noticed that the audit log feature in Campaigns does not contain important entries, like modifying of deleting a campaign. In our opinion this is important information to keep track of what happens in the system and also of manipulation!! Please

Tip of the week 30 - Reduce unsubscribe rate: 5 proven practices
If a rise in the number of subscribers is something that gives pleasure to you as an email marketer, then a decline will obviously affect your marketing strategies. Unsubscribes are one of the major factors that show a weakness in engaging with your subscribers. So, here're a few tips to diminish unsubscribe rates and keep your list intact. 1) Always use double opt-in The first thing that any marketer evaluates when it comes to subscribe rates is the method used for opt-in. It's better to use

Quick Resend...!
Hi! I'm often following up with email OPENED and CLICKED recipients for a few days after a campaign has been sent. Upon every other call I am asked to send the email again...! Would it be possible to have a quick resend feature, where I click on a recipient email and an option of 'Quick Resend' appears (along with the other information that appears now). Clicking on that Quick Resend link does as it says, and sends the email again to the recipient. Does anyone else like this idea?
Tip of the week 49 - 5 tips to maximise engagement this holiday season
In reality, holiday season marketing is all about crowd control but in the virtual world, every email marketer needs to create their own crowds. From assessing the lists, planning the campaigns to sending them and evaluating the reports, this season is a tiresome testing ground. Today's tip of the week is all about five hand-picked areas which are often ignored while planning for the holiday season email marketing. These points, no matter how negligible they have been, they are rather quite useful
Use the same template builder in CRM and Campaigns so we can copy templates between
There is now a few Zoho alternatives around offering the whole inbound marketing package including CRM. Sill, Zoho seems more complete with all the Zoho apps. Yet, the fact that we as users need to connect apps and setup synchronizations, make everything complicated. Little example sending same mass emails to CRM records and Campaigns subscribers. What about an option when you create a Campaigns campaign to avoid send it to subscribers also present in CRM? something optional to the campaign because
Subscriber Score Details
How about adding the ability to see more detail in regards to the Subscriber Score rather than just a total score. It would be nice to see how much of the score relates to Opens, Clicks, Forwards etc..
Tip of the week 05 - Liven up your campaigns using polls
Your emails are the tool to boost subscriber engagement, eventually helping you build reliable relationships with your subscribers. However, building these relationships cannot be achieved overnight. It requires periodic levels of outreach. First and foremost, the key to a successful engagement is understanding your recipients' needs, and your emails have to reflect this. It's important that you get your subscribers to contribute their opinions, share their suggestions, and validate their interests.
zcsend.net is blacklisted
I spoke with several IT people, and discovered that the server associated with zcsend.net is blacklisted, which explains why many responses to our emails are either not being received by us, or even worse, our recipients are not receiving emails sent by the "zcsend.net" server. May I suggest that Zoho use a more credible server other than zcsend.net, so that those of us who are paying for a service (campaigns) that what we pay for is of higher quality? I am suggesting this because I am the middle
Dynamic Salutatory Address and Multilingual Campaigns
Imagine campaigns, mailings into 3-5 Languages 20 years ago I used Word to merge out of CRM, and today I can do the same in MS Dynamics with Word or on app side. Thank you for hints and recommendations. Do you face this challenge too? Although I like Zoho Campaigns, I'm interested to know about other online services which master multilingual campaigns well Salutation Depending on gender there are 2 salutatory addresses, without counting titles, see sample list below in EN, DE, FR; which we store
Introduce folders for segments
It would be nice to have folder functionality for segments like in lists ( within zoho campaigns > contatcs )
Link Click Map Numbers
Hello, I have a suggestion for the indicators of clicks on the "Link Click Map". Recently I sent a campaign with image, text, and both have the same link (I want to know if my contacts are more sensible to click in the image or read the text and click on the text). I had a response of 1.4% on clicks, but when I see the Link Click Map show me in the indicatos that all links are "<1%" Do you believe that calculus must be made on the basis of the division's total clicks and not the total of contacts
Tip of the week 38 - 5 Ways to stay away from Blacklists
Remember when you were at school you were always scared of getting your name into the teacher's bad book? Well, bad books still exist and even more so in email marketing in the form of 'Blacklists' A Blacklist is basically a list containing the IP address and domain names of flagged off spammers and potential spam email senders. This happens when a receiver or a group of receivers mark emails from a certain IP address or domain as spam. The viability of such a list is high as major internet service
Upload Contacts into Campaigns
Please make is so you ca run a Report of contacts and then have an option to upload the results to a Campaign. Currently you can export it to Excel but there is a need to upload to Campaigns. Also it would be helpful if you could select multiple records on the Contacts page to be uploaded to a campaign.
Feature - Able to Remove the unsubscribe link in emails
We want to be able to remove the link in our emails for unsubsribing. This will help Zoho Campaign users keep their accounts open and not be suspended. With this as well, They would need to contact the company/or person that sen them an email. Hope This helps! Regards, Kim Support Manager @ Jacob's Sales & Tech Store
Tip of the week 16 - Don't fret over "unsubscribes"
What does it feel like when someone unsubscribes from your mailing lists? I'm sure you'd feel bad, but let me tell you this—unsubscribes would benefit as much as the new subscriptions. As an email marketer, if your concentration has just been on growing your mailing lists and sending more campaigns, it's time to rework your strategy, for both of these aren't going to guarantee a successful email marketing. Just because your mailing lists contain more people, it doesn't mean everyone is interested
Tip of the week 39 - The art of using emojis in your emails
Did you know that there's a day dedicated to celebrating the value of emojis in day-to-day communication and it happened no longer than two days ago? Yes! The whole world celebrated Emoji Day on the 17th of July. While emojis are seen as a catalyst to have interesting personal conversations, many people are still a tad hesitant using them in the professional sphere. So, as a marketer, should you be using emojis in your emails at all? If yes, in what ways? Let's find out the answers. First things
Would like to AND and OR lists and segments
Hi, I just love the Segments feature of Campaigns. We do business in several languages, and with Segments I can use the right language according to which website language they were using when they contacted us. When you develop this functionality further, please consider the possibility of creating subsets that are ANDs and ORs of lists and segments, i.e. a third level of abstraction. That way I can ask for the people that are in a particular mailing list but not in one of my predefined language
Tip of the week 59: 5 tips for email communication during a crisis
Kudos to your adaptability and resilience, you are well into the quarantine mode and are doing good by staying indoors. Now, as an email marketer it's time for you to craft content that engages your customers while they are indoor too. Even though various parts of the world stands still today because of lock down, work still continues. You must be sending newsletters to your customers during this period, why not change the contents of it for a few days? Follow these tips and craft newsletters
Tip of the week 13 - Smart signup forms to comply with the laws
Marketers are caught in an oft-repeated process of acquiring new subscribers, nurturing them with relevant emails, and converting them into customers. This is the fundamental cycle of email marketing, but with the times changing, it's important to reflect on the basics and make provisions for the changes. Email marketing laws are getting stringent and with every new regulation (such as General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), German Telemedia Act, etc.), comes a set of safe and permitted ways to
Reusuable Sections & Universal Brand Settings
Zoho Email Campaign setups take longer than other software I've used because it doesn't have reusable sections or universal brand settings (fonts and colors). These enhancements should be added to help us create our campaigns more easily.
